In Victoria\u2019s majestic and world-renowned Inner Harbour, architectural icons hold places of distinction and recognition. Joining the spectacular Empress Hotel and the BC Legislature, Customs House is Victoria\u2019s most prestigious new residential address.     Our role was to envision, help design, and launch Victoria\u2019s very first \u201csuper-prime\u201d real estate development. Creating a luxury product and buying experience required rigorous market research, extensive and thoughtful planning, and a marketing campaign inspired by the residence\u2019s landmark location.<\/p>\n\n\n \n \n\n \n \n\n <\/div>\n \n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n
